Meet Frank

As a native of Charlotte, with more than 35 years of residential real estate experience, Frank is the manager and owner of Greater Charlotte Properties, a full-service real estate firm dedicated to bringing solution-oriented service to their clients.

Frank recognizes that every real estate transaction is unique, therefore he is committed to providing a comprehensive, personalized and well-organized plan to best suite each client’s needs.

Areas of business specialization include Exclusive Buyer Representation, Exclusive Seller Representation, Income Property Advisement, Property Management Services and small development acquisitions.

Previous to his full-time real estate career, he was a regional manager and engineering consultant with a leading international robotics company focused on custom automation systems for manufacturing.

In his spare time, Frank enjoys sailing, fishing, hunting, outdoor adventure, home projects and real estate investing.  Frank has been a longtime resident in the “Historic Dilworth Community” of Charlotte and he understands the special attention required for older homes. He is involved in various church and community organizations including Urban Ministry and International Habitat for Humanity home building.
